About Us
Rylee Mac's Cooking School is the concept of owner Terri D. Steinberg and is based around her philosophy of being good to yourself, inside and out. Terri studied culinary arts at the Cook Street School of Fine Cooking in Denver and was a personal chef for many years. Before becoming a chef, she owned and operated a successful spa salon, Terri D's, in Durango. Terri is famous for her spectacular Green Chile.
Executive Chef Todd Escudier was "reared" in Lafayette, Louisiana where he was influenced by local Cajun style cooking. He became a chef at L'Academie de Cuisine in Washington, D.C. where he was trained in classical French culinary arts.
